Bhakti Yoga

Bhakti Yoga is for the person who wants to love, the person with an emotional nature. The practice teaches a devotional relationship with God that utilizes the emotions in a way that turns the feelings into spiritual power.

Bhakti Yoga is the spiritual practice for most people, even though they may not see themselves as emotional.

The ideal is to practice a harmonious balance of the four yogas: Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, Raja Yoga, Jnana Yoga.
