Thousand Glories of Sri Ramakrishna

Thousand Glories of Sri Ramakrishna
First published in 1980 under the title Sri Ramakrishna Sahasranama Stotram, Thousand Glories of Sri Ramakrishna follows the Hindu tradition of stotra literature. This is an ode, or hymn of praise designed to be melodically sung. It is hoped that performing archana, or puja and reciting these thousand names of Sri Ramakrishna, one will be spiritually uplifted by the grace of Sri Ramakrishna.

The hymn is printed in the Devanagari script and includes Roman transliteration as well as an English translation.

For those well versed in reading Devanagari, we also offer the complete Stotram in Devanagari only, in a small vest-pocket version. Please select the $1.00 version above.

Glorious chanting 03/01/2018
By Aarti Reddy
This chanting if properly done with adequate concentration proves to be a meditation practice by itself. It becomes a continuous flow of thoughts of Lord Sri Ramakrishna. I feel tremendously peaceful after chanting the thousand names. Prefer to chant loudly which helps in blocking other distracting noises from around. I almost wish there is an accompanying cd for this book. It would be helpful to hear and chant at the same time. My sincere request to bring about a chanting cd for this exquisite description of the Lord Himself.
