Written in good, crisp English, this book is a compilation from the Complete Works of Swami Vivekananda, brought together for the first time.

The Swami does not comment on every verse, nor has he given a literal and full translation of most of the verses. His aim is to get to the heart of the matter, to focus on the essentials and to develop practical methods from abstract principles.
