Culled from the original two-volume Bengali edition published by the Udbodhan Office as Shri Shri Mayer Katha, this book brings together five recollections of direct disciples who were with Sri Sarada Devi, the Holy Mother. Full of conversations with the Holy Mother, the reader cannot help but feel present with the disciples as they describe their encounters with her. Contributors include: Swami Arupananda, Sarayubala Devi, Pravrajika Bharatiprana, A Devotee, and Swami Ishanananda.

A biographical introduction by Swami Nikhilananda is included.
