I’ve gotten a lot more out of Swamiji Satvapriyanda’s lectures than I did from his book. His lectures are rich with information, illustrative anecdotes and humor. I found this book to be unenlightening and a boring read. Not worth the $11. Sorry to say. I gave it to a friend and hope she finds it useful.

This book is clearly written, simple and illuminating.
It is very easy to understand and interesting to read. It is good for Westerners and others who may not have a background in Vedanta philosophy. It bears reading and rereading. Pranams to Swami Sarvapriyanandaji for his focused heart and mind.
Swami Sarvapryananda at his best. His writings and teaching make the whole topic of Advita Vedanta clearer all the time. This book is easy to read very succinct. Definitely recommend.
Swami Sarvapriyanandaji outdid himself with this book as per my mother. I bought this as a gift for my mother, who’s a devotee and a scholastic in Philosophy and Vedanta. She said, “ it’s hard to explain how every word and concept in this book run so deep- A must read if you want to truly understand the Vedantic philosophy”
