It is like a visit to the Vedanta Society at Sacramento during the swami’s lifetime. We get the opportunity to attend six functions that were held for members.
In one sequence the swami tells us his memories of Swami Shivananda, who was a disciple of Ramakrishna.
We then attend a meeting where he reads and comments on the Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna.
There’s also a morning satsang where he comments on a poem by Blake.
Other activities: Reminiscences of M, the author of the Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna, and a discussion of the Guru-disciple relationship
The quality of the video and sound is uneven, so don’t expect a professional presentation. But here’s a chance to experience a visit to a Vedanta center with a very special swami. If you knew him, you will miss him all the more.
