This book was published as a living legacy and tribute to Swami Ranganathananda, the previous president of the Ramakrishna Order.
Born in 1908, he became a monk at 17, and had a close association with many of the original disciples of Ramakrishna. He visited the United States many times and drew large crowds wherever he went.
The book is both an autobiography with pictures of the swami throughout his life and a collection of his teachings. In fact, almost all of the book is in his words. Readers who knew the swami will regard this book as a treasure trove of his teachings and life. We only have a limited stock since this is a subsidized printing.
